Overall Okay, meanwhile Disappointing for Several Detailed Points
- Morning coffee service was good to start the day. - Location is within a walkable distance from the Nayoro main station, 10~15 mins, and convenient if drive a car in the route 40. - Supermarket ("Saijo") and convenience stores ("Seiko Mart") is located within 5 mins walk distance so convenient to buy some foods or drinks. Also, bottled water is available as a compliment. - The front staff prepared the room of my preference (requested upon booking). - They can offer rental bicycle for free to travel around the area.
- The structure of the hotel is really a m-a-z-e... I found some elder people wondering around. I booked a room at "Annex" bldg, then the closest route to get there from the front desk is "going up stairs located behind the front, then walk, take an elevator for Annex bldg" but both the front staff and guidance board tells the guest to take another route which takes longer distance. - Several disappointing points about the room facilities ; -It's first time to see the curtain of the bath shower space being closed from the beginning. I felt suspicious. Then I found the rail of the curtain is broken. -There is no space in the bath to put shampoo etc. -Humidifier was a small and mid- or low-cend one placed "on the desk". No "ion" on capabilities of course. It was Teknos one, not Panasonic or Sharp one. -Small ceramic tumbler is available for drink hot drinks, but it is not "a coffee cup or a mug" so where to grab when enjoying a hot drink? -The key of the room is not a card key.
